How to manage calls in Lync 2013?

Problem Statement:

Many time user want to forward their call to peer, assistant however this is very easy through Lync 2010 or Lync 2013 client. This is really good for user who receives multiple call and they want to forward their call to secretaries.
Resolution:
Follow the below steps to setup call forward and delegates.
1.     Open Lync > Options > Click 'Call Forwarding' > check radio button 'Forward my calls to:' type phone number.

So when some call to you, your call immediately get forwarded to defined number.
Also you can add the delegate’s members.

Go to the same page like,
1.     Open Lync > Options > Click 'Call Forwarding' > click on 'Edit my delegate members' > click on add and select the buddy from contact list or search.

Finally click on OK, now you have delegated your calls.

 
Also delegates can schedule Lync Meetings, make calls, and receive calls (if the box checked) on your behalf.
On delegated person's Lync client you will newly added group called as 'People I manage Calls for'.
