ServerSchemaPreopareTask execution failed on an unrecoverable error.

Issue: Unable to prepare Schema for Lync Server 2013 on Windows Sever 2012.
Error: ServerSchemaPreopareTask execution failed on an unrecoverable error.

Problem Statement:
When you start preparing Schema for Lync Server 2013 it will start and after few second it will complete with error.
Schema preparation complete with error and error get logged under path “C:\Users\baluilag\AppData\Local\Temp\Install-CSAdServerSchema-[2014_02_09][22_01_29].html”.
Foe resolution you need to open error log file and see what is the error message.
For me my error log path is “C:\Users\baluilag\AppData\Local\Temp\Install-CSAdServerSchema-[2014_02_09][22_01_29].html”. 
Got to detail result page and see error message.
Error message will say you that, The user is not a member of “Schma Admins” group.

Go ahead and add user (who is preparing Schema) to ‘Schema Admins’ group. See the below figure it will give clear picture to add user to Schema Admins group. 
1.     Open ADUC.
2.     Find ‘Schema Admins’ group.
3.     Double click on group and under properties click on ‘Members’ > click on ‘Add’ and find your user and add the same.
