Address book files are not generated in a Lync Server 2013


Issue: Address book files are not generated in a Lync Server 2013.
Problem Statement:
Recently I have noticed that one of our customer environment address book was not getting generated on Lync Server 2013.
You will see following event:

Resolution:
You must run the below command to synchronize new address book to all user.
Run Update-CsAddressBook
You must have updates (Version: 5.0.8308.738).
Download the CU updates from below URL and install on server to correct ‘Address book delta files are not generated in a Lync Server 2013’. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2937310
The cumulative update resolves the following issues:
·         2976568 Address book delta files are not generated in a Lync Server 2013 Enterprise Edition environment

·         2967626 Error "creating procedure RtcResetAbAttributes" when you run "Install-CsDatabase" for rtcab database in Lync Server 2013

·         2967629 Significant bandwidth usage increase by SIP traffic in a Lync Server 2013 environment

·         2967630 Callee receives a missed call notification after answering a call on an IP telephone in a Lync Server 2013 environment

·         2979931 Error "I can't find the meeting with that number" when PSTN user dials in to conference in Lync Server 2013 environment

·         2991456 Lync Server 2013 LBR can’t prohibit a Lync client user to add another user who is in a different subnet into a PSTN call

·         2991468 Incorrect telephone number extension displayed on a Lync Phone Edition telephone in a Lync Server 2013 environment

·         2992091 Error "Your camera isn't set up" in a Lync Web App video call on a MacBook Pro or a MacBook Air in Lync Server 2013.
