Unable to access Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, attachment, poll data etc.

Issue: Unable to access Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, attachment, poll data etc.

Problem Statement:
Recently migrated couple of users from Lync Server 2010 to Lync server 2013 pool, however after the migration user can no longer access the whiteboards, the attachments, the poll data, and the Microsoft PowerPoint presentations that were uploaded to the meeting before the migration.
There is no error however no longer access PowerPoint, poll, attachment etc.

Resolution:
Whenever you plan for Lync user migration, you have to make that whatever data user has to move to new Lync Server pool. This is actually migration steps.

Look like before migration there was some old PowerPoint presentation, attachment, poll data however that user migrated without old conference data.
·         Meetings already scheduled by the user. This includes moving the conferencing directories and conferencing data.
·         User’s personal identification number (PIN). The user’s current PIN continues to work until it expires or the user requests a new PIN.
The following user account information does not move to the new server.
     ·         Meeting content. In order to move the content shared during a meeting, for example PowerPoint, Whiteboard, attachments or poll data, use the -MoveConferenceData parameter as part of the Move-CsUser cmdlet.

Migrate user using below power shell command so that gets his conference data as well.

Move-CsUser –Identity “Ilag, Balu” –MoveConferenceData –Target “Lyncpool13.mydomain.com”

Thank you
