Antivirus exclusion for Microsoft Office Web Apps Server 2013

Recently I have seen many error in Office Web Apps server ULS logs however unable to find reference for error and event log. Then I came across TechNet Article where I saw AV exclusion references. I have added couple of more folder and exe which are required per my knowledge.

Error like "ConversionError" and "Conversion failed".

ULS log path: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\OfficeWebApps\Data\Logs\ULS

For safer side and you can exclude following folder and files. Make your own assumption and set exclusion. There is thumb rule for exclusion list.
