In addition to the new client. There are two iOS 9 Related Lync client problem that I know of.

1.     When click on a calendar item, you will not be able to switch of Lync/SFB client to join a meeting. The workaround is to go to Lync client, open the Meeting Tab, click on the meeting and join. This problem is fixed on the September release of the server components. September 2015 cumulative update 5.0.8308.933 for Lync Server 2013 web components server, this is the KB for it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3097592

2.     The second problem is the when the client is having some region mismatch, or using Simplified Chinese client, the sign on will fail. This problem will be fixed with the next release of the SFB for iOS client.

Thank you.
