Here are the options:
Option 1: remove affected updates,

Uninstall update KB3101488 starting with the outlook one. After which you will choose not to restart at this time.

·        Go into your registry to the following path:

·        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange

·        right click on Exchange and add a DWORD 32-bit - Naming it MsoAuthDisabled , double click and change the value to"1"

·        Click on "View" at the top and then on "Refresh"

·        Restart your pc and this should help with the constant crash of Lync/Skype and Outlook.

Microsoft has released bug fix for above update
Option: 2 Recreate windows profile
1.     Sign out and log on with another administrative account.

2.     Rename the user’s existing profile.

3.     Delete or rename the registry key matching the user’s SID from “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList”. Check the value “ProfileImagePath” to make sure you pick the correct profile.

4.     Restart and log in with the user’s account.

5.     Copy the files from the old folder, if necessary.

If it still does not work, you may try reinstall the Office and also update the hardware firmware.

Thank you.
