Skype for Business mobile app NOT showing meeting on iPhone (iOS) and Android devices.

Skype for Business mobile app NOT showing meeting on iPhone (iOS) and Android devices.
Error: We can't connect to the server. Check your network connection and server address, and try again.

Skype for business mobile app (look like version 6.2.0.24) does not show calendar information. Skype for Business mobile app connecting correctly using Corp/home Wi-Fi and LTE. Signaling and Media works fine however meeting information NOT showing.
Calendar information coming from exchange via Exchange Web Service (EWS). Issue is Skype for Business app trying to connect internal EWS URL instead of external.
You can test if EWS is working or not using your mobile device to browse your external EWS URL. URL looks like (https:///ews/exchange.asmx).
This issue appears to be a Skype for Business app issue and Microsoft confirmed that there is bug in iOS and Android Mobile app which break the exchange integration part.
Microsoft actively worked on bug fix.
Finally good news J  Fixes in the build coming to Preview shortly for iOS to resolve this issue. Also the Android team also be releasing a build shortly to resolve this issue.
As a workaround you can make identical both internal and external Exchange web service URL. Personally I don’t like this workaround. So I will suggest to wait for bug fix.
Thank you.

    1. Hello Phani,

      You can use PowerShell command:
Change the Exchange web services virtual directories' external URL to use the new public name ews.domain.public (e.g. to change all CAS servers: Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -ExternalUrl https://ews.domain.public/EWS/Exchange.asmx)

  2. Hi,
I found another workaround. Install Lync 2010 app and log in. Wait until the meetings appear and log off.
Start Skype for Business. The meetings should be visible now.

    Kind regards,
    Nicole

  4. What worked for me (on iPhone 6) was to touch my user picture, then touch Settings, then Exchange, and turn off "Use Skype for Business Credentials", then manually enter my email address twice (for both account and user), then enter my password. After doing this, my meetings immediately showed up

Resolution: By default Lync Meeting Scheduling Outlook Addin or Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office 2013 installs wit load behavior "Load at Startup".
