Lync Monitoring report shows blank graph and trend data.
Recently saw Lync monitoring Report doesn’t shows graph and trend data its shows blank.
I was able to pull report and it shows all data (numbers and percentage) however any graph / trend shows blank
QoEMetrics and LcsCDR both database was showing all data however something wrong was from SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
There was no error event and all required services was up on SSRS server however graph / trend (graphical) data was showing blank.
There was no error event or service down on SSRS server and both database (QoEMetrics and LcsCDR) shows proper records hence then I simply rebooted SSRS server.
This fixed the issue. This is weird issue and I don’t want people research for hours for this that’s why updating here.
