How to provision user to use Skype Meeting Broadcast meeting as presenter?
·        Assign the appropriate license once AD user showed up in Office365 Tenant.
·        User must be enable on Lync or Skype for Business enable to use rich feature provided by Skype for Business/ Lync Server.
