Unable to send Meeting invitations from Outlook in Skype for Business.

Error: The request failed. Please try again. Make sure that you are signed in to Skype for Business.

Recently we saw multiple computers show above error when creating a Skype for Business Meeting through Outlook 2010 and 2013 in windows 7. Most of user has Skype for Business version is: 15.0.4815.1001.
This is basically know issue in below mentioned Microsoft updates.

After you install the March 8, 2016, update for Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business) (KB3114831), you cannot send Skype for Business meetings from Microsoft Outlook. When you use Outlook’s Autocomplete feature to resolve recipients' addresses for the meeting invitation, the invitation is not sent, and you receive above error message.

Workaround:

Note: Make sure to have registry backup before modify, back up the registry for restoration .
To work around this problem, clear the Auto-Complete cache. To do this, use one of the following methods:
a.     Change the manner in which the Skype for Business Add-in for Outlook (UCAddin.dll) resolves recipients for meetings. To do this, create the following registry key:
Subkey location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\AddinPreference

DWord name: RecipientResolutionMode

Value data (decimal): 2

b.     In Outlook Options on the Mail screen under Send messages, clear the Use Auto-Complete List to suggest names when typing in the To, CC, and Bcc lines check box. Then, click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.

Thank you.

Resolution: By default Lync Meeting Scheduling Outlook Addin or Skype Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office 2013 installs wit load behavior "Load at Startup". However due to some conflict users Lync or Skype add-ins load behavior get changed to loaded instead of "Load at Startup" had to re-enable Lync Meeting Add-In in each time Outlook 2013 was started as it was not set to "Load at Startup". Look at the below screenshot. Now question is how we can change load behavior …
